How long will it take to complete my request?
Below is the turnaround time for the initial proof based on the type of project. When the design is completed, a marketing representative will send the proof to you via email for your review.
Please note:
- Turnaround times begin after we receive all required assets (your logo, practice information, etc.) and file specifications (ad size, full color or black and white, etc.), and not at the time that the order was placed on MarketSource.
- Proofs are NOT print ready files and should NOT be sent to your printer. After your approval, we will send you the print ready file.
- Below turnaround times are for initial design proof and do not include time for printing and shipping.
- Turnaround times may change based on response times and number of edits.
Branding project: you selected a design from MarketSource and the only items you would like changed are the logo, practice contact information, and color scheme.
Turnaround time for initial proof:
ads, business cards, flyers, letters, pads, posters
brochures, flyers, inserts, postcards, rack cards
Custom project: you selected a design from MarketSource where you like the look and feel but you want a different image and a minor change to the layout as well as adding your logo, practice contact information, and color scheme. Any further personalization will require additional time.

ads, business cards, flyers, letters, pads, posters
brochures, flyers, inserts, postcards, rack cards
maps, logo conversion (converting your jpg logo to a vector file)
New project: a project developed specifically for you. Design, layout and content is all new.
Turnaround time for initial proof:
Double sided brochures, flyers, inserts, postcards, rack cards
Emails (must use a marketing automation platform)
